Our Story

After 20+ years in medical aesthetics, Amber Edwards saw the industry shifting. Clinics built on injectables, lasers and skincare were moving toward holistic care, driven in large part by the rise of GLP-1s.

At the same time, she was going through her own menopause journey, unprepared and told, like most women of her generation, to simply endure it. When she finally found a provider who optimized her hormones, it changed her life, and it showed her the real problem: most healthcare providers are never trained to treat menopause. As a result, women are routinely misunderstood, misdiagnosed or dismissed altogether.

The Foundation

In February 2026, EncorVita Health acquired the intellectual property behind HerMD University, built by Dr. Somi Javaid and Komel Caruso from 10 years of running menopause and sexual health clinics across five states and treating more than 24,000 women.

EncorVita has since expanded that curriculum with the latest medical society guidelines, current peer-reviewed research, and input from specialists in hormone therapy, sexual health and dermatology.

Beyond Education

Clinicians told us a course alone wasn’t enough; they didn’t know how to fit menopause care into their clinics. So EncorVita created a turnkey operating system to ensure clinic success: clinic resources, playbooks, sample formularies and lab panels, staff training and live medical affairs support.

Amber Edwards

Founder and CEO

Amber Edwards is Founder & CEO of EncorVita Health and a globally recognized operator in medical aesthetics with 20+ years building and commercializing category-defining brands.

Amber played a formative role in the early launches of Botox and Juvederm, helping establish two of the biggest products in aesthetics. Her Allergan career included US and International leadership roles in Aesthetics and Ophthalmology, leading RESTASIS to blockbuster status and later overseeing strategic marketing for the Aesthetics portfolio across all ex-U.S. markets.

She served as Chief Commercial Officer of ALASTIN Skincare where she drove rapid scale culminating in an acquisition by Galderma. Amber later served as Global CEO of Sinclair Pharma, overseeing a portfolio of 16 medical device solutions across 55 countries.

Amber’s women’s health experience began at Pfizer in marketing for femHRT, making her return to menopause care a true full-circle story.

Robin Noble, MD, MSCP

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Noble is Chief Medical Officer at EncorVita Health and Chief Medical Advisor for Let’s Talk Menopause, a national nonprofit dedicated to education and advocacy for menopause-related health issues.

Dr. Noble’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Yale University, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale New Haven Hospital. Board-certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Noble is also a certified menopause practitioner and practicing gynecologist at InterMed, P.A. in Maine. Dr. Noble has been outspoken about historical misinterpretations of studies on hormone therapy and has worked to correct misconceptions.

A strong proponent of individualized care, she emphasizes that menopause management should be based on a patient’s specific medical history, risk factors, and personal preferences rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sr. Director of Medical affairs

Laura Abrignani, NP, MSN, MSCP, brings 30+ years in women’s health and menopause care, plus 17 years leading Medical Affairs at Bayer, Allergan and Conceptus. Harbor-UCLA trained, she joined EncorVita to help close the menopause care gap for women and the providers who serve them.

Michelle Nezolosky

Michelle Nezolosky, MPH brings over 10 years of experience in women’s health, clinical research, and medical education. Former Director at HerMD, with research training at Harvard-affiliated Dana-Farber, she combines research expertise and health communications to develop evidence-based education.

Sarah Brice, BSN, RN

Commercial Strategy

Sarah Brice, BSN, RN, brings over 20 years in aesthetics and women’s health. Former VP of Sales at Cytrellis with leadership roles at GAINSWave, she co-founded Modern Meno, a menopause education platform. She helps aesthetic practices confidently launch women’s health and HRT.

Angie Denning

Finance Director

CPA and trusted finance partner with 20+ years guiding startups through $100M organizations. Angie has led finance, accounting, and operations, building scalable systems that improve margins, cash flow, and reporting—experience directly relevant to EncorVita’s growth.
