Robin Noble, MD, MSCP
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Robin Noble moved from general obstetric care into a practice focused entirely on gynecology, fertility, and midlife women’s health, with particular clinical interest in the menopause transition, pelvic pain, and sexual function.
She oversees and guides EncorVita’s clinical strategy and educational content.

Laura Abrignani, NP, MSN, MSCP, brings 30+ years in women’s health and menopause care, plus 17 years leading Medical Affairs at Bayer, Allergan and Conceptus. Harbor-UCLA trained, she joined EncorVita to help close the menopause care gap for women and the providers who serve them.

Michelle Nezolosky, MPH brings over 10 years of experience in women’s health, clinical research, and medical education. Former Director at HerMD, with research training at Harvard-affiliated Dana-Farber, she combines research expertise and health communications to develop evidence-based education.

Commercial Strategy
Sarah Brice, BSN, RN, brings over 20 years in aesthetics and women’s health. Former VP of Sales at Cytrellis with leadership roles at GAINSWave, she co-founded Modern Meno, a menopause education platform. She helps aesthetic practices confidently launch women’s health and HRT.
Angie Denning
Finance Director
CPA and trusted finance partner with 20+ years guiding startups through $100M organizations. Angie has led finance, accounting, and operations, building scalable systems that improve margins, cash flow, and reporting—experience directly relevant to EncorVita’s growth.
