1. Who We Are

EncorVita™ Health (“EncorVita,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a healthcare education and practice expansion company. Our website at encorvita.com (the “Site”) is primarily intended for licensed healthcare providers, aesthetic clinics, medical spas, and other healthcare businesses interested in expanding into perimenopause and women’s health services.

We are not a HIPAA covered entity (we are not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse as defined under HIPAA), and this Site is not a patient portal. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following business contact information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Practice or business name
  • Any message or inquiry you choose to include

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and send you updates about EncorVita™ Health. We do not sell this information. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, certain information is collected automatically by the third-party tools described below. This may include:

  • IP address (typically truncated or anonymized)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring URL (how you arrived at our Site)
  • General geographic region (city or country level)

We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information unless you have submitted a contact form.

C. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site uses cookies — small text files placed on your device — to enable certain features and to collect usage analytics. We use:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

A. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our Site. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, time on page, general geographic location, device type, and IP address (which Google truncates before storage).

This data is transmitted to and processed by Google on servers which may be located outside your country of residence. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics does not provide a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. We do not pass any health information, patient data, or PHI to Google Analytics, and our Site does not contain any patient-facing features.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or use your browser’s privacy settings to block analytics cookies.

B. HubSpot

We use HubSpot to power our contact form and manage communications with interested clinics and providers. When you submit our contact form, your information is stored in HubSpot’s CRM platform. HubSpot also places a tracking cookie on your device to understand how you interact with our Site and emails.

HubSpot’s data processing is governed by the HubSpot Privacy Policy. HubSpot offers a Business Associate Agreement for customers who activate HIPAA-sensitive data settings; as a B2B education company that does not collect PHI, we do not utilize that configuration.

You may contact us at info@encorvita.com to request that your HubSpot contact record be deleted.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • To send updates about EncorVita™ Health’s platform, pilot program, and launch timeline (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • To analyze Site traffic and usage patterns so we can improve the Site’s content and user experience
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in HubSpot for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to maintain them or as required by law. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@encorvita.com.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of their personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To submit a CCPA request, email us at info@encorvita.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.”

Washington State Residents (My Health My Data Act)

Under the Washington My Health My Data Act (effective March 31, 2024), Washington residents have the right to: confirm whether we collect consumer health data about them; access, delete, and withdraw consent for the collection or sharing of that data. Our Site does not collect consumer health data as defined by the MHMDA. Contact us at info@encorvita.com with any inquiries.

Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@encorvita.com.

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at info@encorvita.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

Our Site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Contact form data is transmitted securely to HubSpot. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at info@encorvita.com and we will promptly delete it.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
